Where is your business in the cloud?
Every type of business gains an advantage when they move to the cloud. With so many vertical markets we couldn’t possibly begin to mention them all. However, many share the same the same key benefits:
Reducing Cost:
Building your business or expanding it, organizations are faced with increased support costs and additional hardware and software expenses. Moving to the cloud is a solution that remains flexible throughout the process. Pay for what you need and not what you estimate you’ll need when it comes to licensing, and forget investing in new hardware because the cloud is your state of the art data center. Getting staff to assist on a temporary project but expect to downsize after? Don’t buy licenses you won’t need after 4 month, purchase those licenses from for as long as you need them and not a day longer.
Need the resources of enterprise corporations but don’t have the capital to acquire these licenses? The cloud is the solution. A flat monthly fee enables organizations (big or small) to predictably budget for these services without putting down a significant amount of capital up front. Teamed with NPA, you’ll get the complete setup and support needed to make your investment even more cost effective.
More Productivity From Current Staff:
We look for ways to get greater productivity from our workforce without overburdening them. The cloud is the answer. It allows your employees to collaborate, communicate and perform their work with greater efficiency. Using software they are already familiar with coupled with easy to use products like Sharepoint and Lync significantly boost the output of your current staff. No downtime, no new hardware purchases; just the productivity suite that fits every business need.
Preparing For The Unexpected:
We’ve all thought about recovering operations after a disaster. How and where would your business get back into operation after a fire, storm or other disaster? The cloud is the answer. Operate from anywhere at any time. Your staff could go from cubicles to a home office without any disruption to the business. All your documents, emails and connectivity are all there in one place. No matter what the situation, the cloud is there and everywhere your business needs to be.
The Future Workforce:
Flexibility is the key to maintaining a competitive edge. As businesses begin to rethink the office and start distributing the workforce back to their homes we have an urgent need to centralize and distribute platforms to various locations. The internal network of old is becoming a corporate cost center burden as technologies in internet and broadband rapidly expand to deliver low cost and high speed connectivity. Floor space has become too costly to maintain and only workers necessary to internal production are being allocated such costly space. As the workforce shifts to the home or remote office the cloud offers the simplicity of platform distribution without compromise of security.
